Vyborny clanek o... jidle :)
... o jednom z mych zajmu, tentokrat ase o jidle. Je to dlouhe, ale alarmujici a zaroven to potvrzuje to, co uz nejakou dobu tusim - je snad skoro jedno, co clovek ji, ale musi to byt prirodni :)
Co je mi taky sympaticke, ze tohle jsou vyzkumy ze zacatku 20. stoleti, zadne moderni bludy, ktere se meni podle vetru, je to takovy v podstate jasny (cukr = jed, rafinovane rostlinne oleje = spatny, nizkotucna dieta = spatny, bila mouka = spatny, tuk = dobry, prirodni potraviny = dobry, vyrobene potraviny = spatny....).
S tim jak se kolem nas roji deti :"Scientists have discovered that the precursors to vitamin A--the carotenes found in plant foods--cannot be converted to true vitamin A by infants and children. They must get their vital supply of this nutrient from animal fats. Yet orthodox nutritional pundits are now pushing low-fat diets for children."
Je tam spousta dalsich super citatu :"A study by a plastic surgeon found that women who consumed mostly vegetable oils had far more wrinkles than those who consumed traditional animal fats." Tohle by mohlo nekoho presvedcit :o)))
Zajimave jsou i postrehy o zdravi zubu a tvaru tvare v zavislosit na dlabanci (siroka/uzka tvar).
Stejne tak se tam opakuje to co uz vsichni vime, cukr je jed. Jednou jsem dokonce cetl, ze cukr j , da se rici, potravina pro rakovinu...
