Dalsi super clanek

Clovek, ktery bych treti na Hawaii Ironmanovi a zabehl maraton pod 2:20 pise :

Jinymi slovy, specializace na vytrvalostni trenink = bad for your health, stejne tak jidlo, ktere tito lide basti (spousta cukru at uz pri treningu nebo mimo). Treba takove karbo-gely, to je pro telo proste parada, hahahaha.

Prectete si cely clanek. Ma to hlavu a patu, zvlast, kdyz asi predevcirem umrel "vynalezce" PowerBar tycinky, spickovy maratonec (Brian Maxwell) ve veku 51 let na infarkt :o(.

Mediterranean diet

Zajimavy nahled do italske kuchyne - to co se nekdy zaziva "Mediterranean diet", je asi neco uplne jineho - zadny olivovy olej, trochu testovin, jinak hodne veproveho a masa vubec, hahahaha :o)
